Perforated Cards

Although little is known about the Europe film star cards, a few interesting subsets have been collected by Werner Mohr. The first is a series of perforated cards bearing the Europe logo. The back is marked 'Verlag Otto Junga, Berlin SW 68.'

Mäppchen

As with Ross Verlag, Europe also released small Mäppchen photos, with the Europe photos slightly smaller than the Ross. Early thirties stars were sold in Austria and Germany. Some were marked with numbers on the front.

Film Scene Cards - l'Occident

In addition to the sets of Europe cards provided by Werner, an unnumbered film scene series was found for l'Occident, the 1927 film with Claudia Victrix, Jaque Catelain, and Lucien Dalsace. The backs of the cards are sometimes marked with the scene and performer names.
